حکمرانی مشارکتی و توسعه پایدار گردشگری روستایی: مطالعه موردی روستای قلات فارس

این پژوهش با هدف تبیین نقش ابعاد حکمرانی مشارکتی به‌ویژه «مشارکت» و «اثربخشی و کارایی» در پیش‌بینی توسعه پایدار گردشگری روستایی در روستای قلات استان فارس انجام شد. پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی–تحلیلی و با رویکرد کمی و روش پیمایشی انجام گرفت. جامعه آماری شامل ۷۲۸۶ نفر از ساکنان و ذی‌نفعان روستای قلات بود که بر اساس فرمول کوکران با سطح اطمینان ۹۵ درصد و خطای ۰/۰۵ تعداد ۳۶۷ نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته استاندارد بود که روایی آن با نظر خبرگان و پایایی آن با ضریب آلفای کرونباخ ۰/۸۷ تأیید شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی، همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندگانه در نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه ۲۶ تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد بین «مشارکت» و توسعه پایدار گردشگری همبستگی مثبت و معنادار وجود دارد (r = 0.58, p < 0.001) و همچنین «اثربخشی و کارایی» نیز با توسعه پایدار گردشگری رابطه مثبت و معناداری دارد (r = 0.42, p < 0.001). تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه بیانگر آن بود که هر دو متغیر «مشارکت» (β = 0.28, t = 4.50, p < 0.001) و «اثربخشی و کارایی» (β = 0.19, t = 3.10, p = 0.002) توان تبیین ۳۴ درصدی واریانس توسعه پایدار گردشگری را دارند. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد تقویت مشارکت واقعی جامعه محلی و بهبود کارایی و اثربخشی مدیریت محلی می‌تواند بنیان دستیابی به توسعه پایدار گردشگری را فراهم کند. توجه به ظرفیت‌های بومی، همراه با مدیریت علمی و سیاست‌گذاری مشارکتی، می‌تواند الگوی کارآمدی برای پایداری اقتصادی، اجتماعی و زیست‌محیطی مقاصد روستایی ارائه دهد.
