These areas bring with them specific issues, problems, and needs that have captured a significant share of urban planning activities. Therefore, regeneration must be placed among the priorities of action. Accordingly, the main objective of the present study is to apply network analysis through pairwise comparison of the urban districts of Tabriz for weighting purposes and subsequently determine their ranking based on the obtained scores using the Analytic Network Process (ANP) model. In this regard, various theoretical indices were first reviewed, and the measures of this research were identified. Based on these measures and for the purpose of regenerating the deteriorated urban areas in Tabriz metropolis, the ten districts were pairwise compared with the assistance of expert opinions from stakeholders, influencers, participants, and authorities. Finally, it was observed that District 4 of Tabriz, with a very slight difference compared to District 1, possessed a slightly higher weight and, consequently, holds the top priority for urban regeneration actions.</p> <p>امروزه وجود نواحی فرسوده شهري از جمله واقعیت هاي شهرهاي متوسط و بزرگ کشور است که به همراه خود مسائل، مشکلات و نیازهاي خاصی را ایجاد کرده‌اند و بخش مهمی از فعالیت‌هاي برنامه‌ریزي شهري را به خود اختصاص داده‌اند، بنابراین بازآفرینی باید در الویت اقدامات قرار گیرد، بنابراین هدف اصلي تحقيق حاضر، تحلیل شبکه‌ای مقایسه زوجی مناطق شهری تبریز جهت ورن‎‌دهی بوده و سپس رتبه‌ آنها براساس امتیازات به دست آمده و با استفاده از مدل تحلیل شبکه‌ای(ANP) محاسبه می‌گردد. در این راستا ابتدا به بررسی شاخص‌های نظری مختلف پرداخته و سنجه‌های این پژوهش را تعیین نموده و بر حسب آنها و در جهت بازآفرینی مناطق فرسوده شهری در کلانشهر تبریز، مناطق 10گانه با کمک نظرات کارشناسانه افراد ذی‌نفع،‌ ذی‌نفوذ، ذی‌مدخل و ذی‌صلاح مقایسه زوجی می‌شوند. در نهایت می‌توان مشاهده نمود که منطقه 4 تبریز با اختلاف بسیار کمی نسبت به منطقه یک، دارای وزن کمی بیشتری بوده و در نتیجه دارای الویت اول اقدام بازآفرینی شهری می‌باشد.</p> Recreation Urban Decay Area Index Network Analysis بازآفرینی بافت فرسوده شهری شاخص تحلیل شبکه‌ای https://jmaaue.org/index.php/jmaaue/article/download/73/67
