This research employed a descriptive–analytical and mixed-method design. Data were collected through questionnaires, semi-structured interviews, and field observations. The statistical population consisted of users of six selected parks in Tabriz, from which a stratified random sample of 400 participants was determined using Cochran’s formula. Data were analyzed through multi-criteria decision-making models including TOPSIS and ANP. The results indicated that “ecological quality” and “cultural features” carried the highest relative weights in enhancing visual quality. El-Goli Park ranked first due to its high biodiversity, efficient resource management, and cultural–historical significance. Baghmisheh, Shams Tabrizi, and Baghlare Baghi Parks followed, showing relatively stronger performance. Eram and Khaghani Parks were ranked lowest, primarily because of weaknesses in sustainability, accessibility, and social participation. Improving visual quality and enhancing the social and environmental functions of Tabriz’s urban parks require prioritizing the diversification of native vegetation, strengthening cultural and social programs, developing sustainable energy and waste management infrastructures, and ensuring equitable accessibility, especially for people with disabilities. This approach can foster stronger urban identity, improve quality of life, and promote equal public use of green spaces.</p> <p>هدف پژوهش، ارزیابی و رتبه‌بندی شاخص‌های مؤثر معماری منظر بر ارتقای کیفیت بصری پارک‌های شهری تبریز با تمرکز بر ابعاد اکولوژیک، فرهنگی، پایداری محیط‌زیستی و دسترسی‌پذیری است. این پژوهش با رویکرد توصیفی–تحلیلی و روش ترکیبی کمی–کیفی انجام شد. داده‌ها از طریق پرسشنامه، مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته و مشاهده میدانی گردآوری شدند. جامعه آماری شامل کاربران شش پارک منتخب تبریز بود که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران، نمونه‌ای ۴۰۰ نفری به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای انتخاب شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از مدل‌های چندمعیاره TOPSIS و ANP تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد شاخص «کیفیت اکولوژیکی» و «ویژگی‌های فرهنگی» بیشترین وزن نسبی را در بهبود کیفیت محیط بصری دارند. پارک ایل‌گلی با تنوع زیستی بالا، مدیریت منابع کارآمد و پیوند فرهنگی–تاریخی، رتبه نخست را به دست آورد. پس از آن، پارک‌های باغمیشه، شمس تبریزی و باغلار باغی عملکرد بهتری نسبت به سایر پارک‌ها داشتند. پارک‌های ارم و خاقانی در پایین‌ترین رتبه‌ها قرار گرفتند که عمدتاً ناشی از ضعف در پایداری، دسترسی‌پذیری و مشارکت اجتماعی بود. بهبود کیفیت بصری و ارتقای کارکردهای اجتماعی و زیست‌محیطی پارک‌های تبریز نیازمند تمرکز بر تنوع‌بخشی پوشش گیاهی بومی، تقویت برنامه‌های فرهنگی و اجتماعی، توسعه زیرساخت‌های انرژی و پسماند پایدار، و ارتقای دسترسی عادلانه به ویژه برای افراد دارای معلولیت است. این رویکرد می‌تواند موجب افزایش هویت شهری، بهبود کیفیت زندگی و بهره‌مندی برابر شهروندان از فضاهای سبز شود.</p> https://jmaaue.org/index.php/jmaaue/article/download/92/78
