تبیین نقش مؤلفههای خلق مکان در ارتقای تعاملات اجتماعی در خیابانهای اصلی شهر سنندج

هدف این پژوهش طراحی و تبیین الگویی جامع برای شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر خلق مکان با تأکید بر ارتقای تعاملات اجتماعی در فضاهای شهری شهر سنندج است. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت توصیفی–تحلیلی با رویکرد کمی است. جامعه آماری شامل شهروندان شهر سنندج بوده و حجم نمونه ۲۷۱ نفر با استفاده از فرمول کوکران و روش نمونهگیری تصادفی طبقهای انتخاب شد. ابزار گردآوری دادهها پرسشنامه محققساخته شامل ۳۰ گویه در ۱۰ سازه بود. روایی ابزار توسط خبرگان تأیید و پایایی آن با آلفای کرونباخ 0.89 تأیید شد. تحلیل دادهها با نرمافزارهای SPSS و LISREL و با استفاده از مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری انجام گرفت. نتایج مدل معادلات ساختاری نشان داد که کیفیت کالبدی فضا، امنیت و ایمنی، دسترسپذیری، هویت و فرهنگ محلی، کارکرد اجتماعی–اقتصادی، محیط طبیعی، عدالت فضایی و مدیریت شهری تأثیر مثبت و معناداری بر خلق مکان دارند. همچنین خلق مکان دارای اثر مستقیم و معنادار بر تعاملات اجتماعی شهروندان است. شاخصهای برازش مدل (RMSEA=0.047، CFI=0.94، χ²/df=1.98) برازش مطلوب الگو را تأیید کردند. خلق مکان سازوکاری بنیادین برای تقویت تعاملات اجتماعی و ارتقای کیفیت زندگی شهری در سنندج است و مستلزم رویکردی یکپارچه در سیاستگذاری و طراحی شهری میباشد.
