ارتقاء رضایتمندی در محلات مسكوني از طریق انسجام اجتماعی  با رویکرد HPTED

چکیده

ارتقای رضایتمندی ساکنان در محله‌های مسکونی یکی از مهم‌ترین ابعاد بهبود کیفیت زندگی شهری است که تأثیر مستقیمی بر سلامت جسمی، روانی و اجتماعی افراد دارد. یکی از رویکردهای نوین در این زمینه، Health Promotion Through Environmental Design (HPTED) است که بر طراحی محیط‌های شهری تأکید دارد تا نه تنها سلامت فیزیکی و روانی ساکنان را تقویت کند، بلکه انسجام اجتماعی و عدالت اجتماعی را نیز ارتقا دهد. این رویکرد با در نظر گرفتن نیازهای انسانی در طراحی فضاها، محیطی سالم، برابر و عادلانه برای تعاملات اجتماعی ایجاد می‌کند.هدف این مقاله بررسی تأثیر HPTED بر ارتقای انسجام اجتماعی و رضایتمندی ساکنان محله‌های مسکونی است. در این تحقیق، HPTED به‌عنوان یک چارچوب طراحی شهری در نظر گرفته می‌شود که در آن به برقراری دسترسی عادلانه به منابع، فضاهای عمومی، و امکانات برای تمامی گروه‌های اجتماعی توجه ویژه‌ای می‌شود. این رویکرد با تقویت طراحی فضاهایی که دسترسی یکسان را برای همه افراد فراهم می‌آورد، می‌تواند به کاهش نابرابری‌ها، افزایش تعاملات اجتماعی و در نهایت تقویت احساس تعلق و امنیت روانی در ساکنان منجر شود.مقاله حاضر به بررسی ابعاد مختلف طراحی محیطی از جمله دسترسی به فضاهای سبز، نورپردازی مناسب، فضاهای عمومی برای تجمع و تعامل اجتماعی و تأثیر آن بر ارتقای سلامت عمومی می‌پردازد. همچنین این مطالعه نشان می‌دهد که طراحی محیط‌های شهری مبتنی بر HPTED نه تنها موجب افزایش کیفیت زندگی و سلامت ساکنان می‌شود، بلکه با توجه به اصول عدالت اجتماعی، فرصت‌های یکسانی را برای همه گروه‌های اجتماعی فراهم کرده و در نتیجه باعث کاهش تنش‌ها و ارتقای رضایتمندی در محله‌ها خواهد شد.نتایج تحقیق نشان می‌دهند که رویکرد HPTED می‌تواند به‌طور مؤثر در تقویت انسجام اجتماعی، بهبود کیفیت زندگی و ارتقای احساس عدالت اجتماعی در جوامع مسکونی نقش ایفا کند. این رویکرد با تأکید بر ایجاد محیط‌های شهری منصفانه و با دسترسی برابر به منابع و امکانات، به‌طور ویژه در کاهش نابرابری‌ها و ایجاد محله‌هایی با احساس تعلق و امنیت بیشتر برای ساکنان مؤثر است. به علاوه، مشارکت فعال ساکنان در فرآیند طراحی و برنامه‌ریزی شهری و همکاری میان معماران و مسئولین شهری می‌تواند به ایجاد جوامع پایدارتر و عادلانه‌تر منجر شود.
