فضاهای میانجی و سرمایه اجتماعی تحلیل نقش معماری نیمهعمومی در ارتقای تعاملات اجتماعی

پژوهش حاضر با هدف تحلیل نقش فضاهای میانجی و معماری نیمهعمومی در ارتقای تعاملات اجتماعی و بررسی نقش میانجی سرمایه اجتماعی در این رابطه در میان شهروندان شهر تهران انجام شد. این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی-همبستگی و با رویکرد کمی انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل شهروندان ساکن شهر تهران بود که از فضاهای نیمهعمومی شهری استفاده میکردند. تعداد ۳۸۴ نفر با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری خوشهای چندمرحلهای انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای گردآوری دادهها شامل پرسشنامه ارزیابی کیفیت فضاهای میانجی، پرسشنامه سرمایه اجتماعی اونیکس و بولن و مقیاس تعاملات اجتماعی شهری بود. دادهها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی، ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، رگرسیون چندگانه و مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد که بین کیفیت فضاهای میانجی و سرمایه اجتماعی رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد (r=0.64, p<0.01). همچنین کیفیت فضاهای میانجی با تعاملات اجتماعی رابطه مثبت و معناداری داشت (r=0.69, p<0.01) و سرمایه اجتماعی نیز با تعاملات اجتماعی همبستگی مثبت و معناداری نشان داد (r=0.72, p<0.01). نتایج رگرسیون چندگانه نشان داد که مؤلفههای فضاهای میانجی توانستند ۵۳ درصد از واریانس سرمایه اجتماعی را تبیین کنند و فرصت تعامل اجتماعی قویترین پیشبینیکننده سرمایه اجتماعی بود (β=0.35). نتایج مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری نیز نشان داد که فضاهای میانجی دارای اثر مستقیم معنادار بر سرمایه اجتماعی (β=0.64, p<0.001) و تعاملات اجتماعی (β=0.37, p<0.001) هستند. همچنین اثر غیرمستقیم فضاهای میانجی بر تعاملات اجتماعی از طریق سرمایه اجتماعی معنادار بود (β=0.33, p<0.001) که بیانگر نقش میانجی جزئی سرمایه اجتماعی در این رابطه است. یافتههای پژوهش نشان داد که فضاهای میانجی و معماری نیمهعمومی از طریق ایجاد فرصتهای تعامل، افزایش اعتماد اجتماعی، تقویت احساس تعلق و توسعه مشارکت اجتماعی میتوانند نقش مؤثری در ارتقای سرمایه اجتماعی و تعاملات اجتماعی شهروندان ایفا کنند. از این رو، توجه به طراحی، توسعه و مدیریت فضاهای نیمهعمومی میتواند به عنوان یکی از راهبردهای مؤثر در افزایش انسجام اجتماعی و ارتقای کیفیت زندگی شهری مورد توجه برنامهریزان و طراحان شهری قرار گیرد.
