نقش مؤلفههای کالبدی–محیطی فضاهای عمومی دانشگاه بر تمایل به ادامه تحصیل دانشجویان با تأکید بر نقش میانجی کیفیت محیطی ادراکشده، رضایتمندی و حضورپذیری در ساعات غیرکلاسی

هدف این پژوهش تبیین نقش مؤلفههای کالبدی–محیطی فضاهای عمومی دانشگاه بر تمایل دانشجویان به ادامه تحصیل با تأکید بر نقش میانجی کیفیت محیطی ادراکشده، رضایتمندی دانشجویان و حضورپذیری در ساعات غیرکلاسی است. این پژوهش با رویکرد ترکیبی اکتشافی–تبیینی انجام شد. در مرحله کیفی، با استفاده از تحلیل مضمون و مصاحبه با خبرگان حوزه معماری و طراحی محیطهای آموزشی، مؤلفههای کالبدی–محیطی استخراج شد. در مرحله کمّی، با استفاده از روش پیمایشی و پرسشنامه محققساخته، دادهها از 374 دانشجوی دانشگاه گردآوری شد. تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری مبتنی بر حداقل مربعات جزئی و نرمافزار SmartPLS انجام شد و پایایی، روایی و روابط ساختاری مدل مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که مؤلفههای کالبدی–محیطی اثر مثبت و معناداری بر کیفیت محیطی ادراکشده (β=0.893، p<0.001)، رضایتمندی دانشجویان (β=0.433، p<0.001)، حضورپذیری در ساعات غیرکلاسی (β=0.342، p<0.001) و تمایل به ادامه تحصیل (β=0.237، p<0.001) دارند. همچنین کیفیت محیطی ادراکشده اثر معناداری بر رضایتمندی (β=0.446، p<0.001)، حضورپذیری (β=0.205، p=0.002) و تمایل به ادامه تحصیل (β=0.177، p<0.001) نشان داد. رضایتمندی اثر مثبت بر حضورپذیری (β=0.435، p<0.001) و تمایل به ادامه تحصیل (β=0.217، p<0.001) داشت. حضورپذیری نیز اثر مثبت و معناداری بر تمایل به ادامه تحصیل نشان داد (β=0.351، p<0.001). نتایج میانجیگری نشان داد که رضایتمندی و حضورپذیری نقش میانجی جزئی در رابطه میان کیفیت محیطی و تمایل به ادامه تحصیل ایفا میکنند. یافتهها نشان میدهد که کیفیت کالبدی–محیطی فضاهای عمومی دانشگاه نقش کلیدی در شکلدهی تجربه محیطی، رضایتمندی و حضورپذیری دانشجویان دارد و از طریق این سازوکارها میتواند تمایل آنان به ادامه تحصیل را تقویت کند؛ بنابراین، بهبود کیفیت طراحی فضاهای عمومی دانشگاه میتواند بهعنوان راهبردی مؤثر برای افزایش ماندگاری تحصیلی دانشجویان مورد توجه قرار گیرد.
