شناسایی شاخصها و مؤلفههای دهکدههای سلامت مبتنی بر ایجاد حس مکان در سالمندان (مطالعه موردی: شهر یزد)

هدف این پژوهش، تبیین و اولویتبندی مؤلفههای مؤثر بر شکلگیری حس مکان در دهکدههای سلامت سالمندان با تأکید بر ابعاد کالبدی و اجتماعی–روانی است. پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی–تحلیلی و با رویکرد ترکیبی کیفی–کمی انجام شد. دادهها از طریق پرسشنامه مقایسات زوجی مبتنی بر فرآیند تحلیل شبکهای (ANP) گردآوری گردید. جامعه آماری شامل ۱۲ نفر از خبرگان حوزههای معماری، روانشناسی محیطی و برنامهریزی شهری بود. اعتبار ابزار توسط متخصصان و پایایی آن با ضریب آلفای کرونباخ (0.815) تأیید شد. تحلیل دادهها با مدل شبکهای ANP و محاسبه وزن و اولویت معیارها انجام گرفت. نتایج تحلیل ANP نشان داد که عوامل اجتماعی–روانی بیشترین وزن و اهمیت را در شکلگیری حس مکان سالمندان دارند، سپس عوامل کالبدی–طبیعی در رتبه دوم قرار گرفتند. در سطح زیرمعیارها، «امنیت» بالاترین وزن را کسب کرد و پس از آن «اجتماعپذیری» و «آسایش روانی» بیشترین تأثیر را بر حس مکان داشتند. در بعد کالبدی، «زیبایی» و «عناصر طبیعی» مهمترین مؤلفهها شناسایی شدند، در حالی که «فرم و ساختار» و «نوع فعالیت» کمترین اهمیت نسبی را نشان دادند. همچنین روابط همافزا میان امنیت و اجتماعپذیری نقش اساسی طراحی فضاهای جمعی امن و تعاملپذیر را آشکار ساخت. یافتهها بیانگر ماهیت چندبعدی حس مکان در دهکدههای سلامت سالمندان است و نشان میدهد که طراحی این فضاها باید بر امنیت، تعامل اجتماعی، آسایش روانی و کیفیت محیط طبیعی متمرکز باشد تا بهبود کیفیت زندگی، کاهش انزوا و افزایش تعلق مکانی سالمندان محقق شود.
