مروری بر راهبردهای بهبود کیفیت محیط داخلی در مدارس با تأکید بر پوسته‌های شفاف، آسایش حرارتی و کیفیت هوای داخلی در اقلیم‌های نیمه‌گرم و خشک

چکیده

این مرور سیستماتیک به ترکیب عوامل مربوط به راهبردهای کیفیت محیط داخلی در مدارس واقع در اقلیم‌های نیمه‌گرم و خشک می‌پردازد؛ مناطقی که تابش خورشیدی بالا، نوسانات دمایی شدید (۱۲ تا ۴۲ درجه سانتیگراد)، رطوبت کم و رویدادهای گردوغبار مکرر، مبادله‌ای اساسی بین تهویه‌ی طبیعی، سرمایش مکانیکی و فیلتراسیون ایجاد کرده‌اند. هیچ راهبرد واحدی قادر به حل همزمان تمام مسائل کیفیت محیط داخلی نیست. جستجوی سیستماتیک در پایگاه داده‌ی ساینس‌دایرکت برای مقالات منتشرشده بین سال‌های ۲۰۲۰ تا ۲۰۲۶ انجام شد. چهار ترکیب کلیدواژه، پوسته‌های شفاف و آسایش حرارتی، کیفیت هوای داخلی، راهبردهای بهبود، و مدل‌های یکپارچه‌ی کیفیت محیط داخلی را پوشش دادند. از ۱۲۰۰ مقاله، ۲۵ مقاله پس از غربالگری وارد شدند که با چهار مقاله‌ی کنفرانسی از شیراز تکمیل شده‌اند. ترکیب روایی با استفاده از جداول خلاصه‌ی مقایسه‌ای انجام شد. نسبت بهینه‌ی پنجره به دیوار (۱۵ تا ۳۰ درصد) با جهت‌گیری جنوب-جنوب شرقی، بار سرمایش را ۲۰ تا ۴۰ درصد و سایه‌بان پویا همراه با شیشه‌ی کم‌گسیل، آن را ۳۶ تا ۵۷ درصد کاهش می‌دهد. در کلاس‌های با تهویه‌ی طبیعی، دی‌اکسیدکربن از ۱۰۰۰ پی‌پی‌ام فراتر رفته و در حالت بسته بودن پنجره‌ها به ۲۸۰۰ تا ۳۲۰۰ پی‌پی‌ام می‌رسد، در حالی که ذرات معلق در حالت باز بودن پنجره‌ها دو تا چهار برابر (۳۵ تا ۵۹ میکروگرم بر متر مکعب) افزایش می‌یابد. فیلترهای فوتوکاتالیستی ۸۲ تا ۹۶ درصد ترکیبات آلی فرار را تخریب می‌کنند و تصفیه‌کننده‌های HEPA، ذرات معلق را ۱۴ تا ۵۶ درصد کاهش می‌دهند. مدله‌ای یادگیری ماشین (Random Forest) با R^2=0.91 با استفاده از دی‌اکسیدکربن، ترکیبات آلی فرار، دما و رطوبت، نارضایتی از کیفیت محیط داخلی را پیش‌بینی می‌کنند. با این حال، مبادله‌ی سه‌گانه در تمام راهبردهای تکی همچنان پابرجاست. این نخستین مرور یکپارچه‌ای است که به‌طور خاص به کیفیت محیط داخلی در اقلیم‌های نیمه‌گرم و خشک می‌پردازد و چهار حوزه‌ی طراحی پوسته، پایش کیفیت هوا، فناوری‌های بهبود و مدلسازی یکپارچه را با داده‌های میدانی از شیراز ترکیب می‌کند. چارچوب پیشنهادی، شامل طراحی غیرفعال، تهویه‌ی کنترل‌شده با فیلتراسیون، حسگرهای کم‌هزینه و کنترل مبتنی بر یادگیری ماشین، راهنمای عملی برای سیاست‌گذاران و دستاندرکاران ارائه می‌دهد. همچنین شکاف‌های تحقیقاتی کلیدی مانند مطالعات میدانی بلندمدت، مدل‌های یادگیری ماشین ویژه‌ی اقلیم و کمی‌سازی پیامدهای سلامت را در این مناطق کمتر مطالعه‌شده برجسته می‌سازد.
