This article explores the impact of digital technologies on creating sensory experiences in urban space design. With the growing development of technologies such as Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR), and the Internet of Things (IoT), this research aims to demonstrate how these digital tools can enhance users' sensory experiences and contribute to improving the quality of urban life. The findings show that digital technologies can provide multidimensional and interactive experiences that were previously impossible in traditional urban design. The use of augmented reality, by adding informational layers to the physical environment, can enrich visual experiences and increase users' engagement with their surroundings. IoT, by offering real-time and personalized information, enables the creation of smart and dynamic spaces for users. However, challenges such as the need for advanced infrastructure, high implementation costs, and privacy concerns are some of the limitations of employing these technologies in urban spaces. Finally, the article examines the practical applications of these technologies and offers recommendations for urban architects and designers to use digital technologies to enhance social interactions and users' sensory experiences. Suggestions for future research are also provided to assess the long-term effects of using digital technologies in urban design.
